Live Nation has confirmed American musician Beck will not be opening for the North American leg of Arcade Fire’s We tour, which begins on the finish of October.
A media spokesperson for the leisure firm didn’t present a motive for Beck’s cancellation, and stated the opener will as an alternative be Haitian band Boukman Eksperyans.
Canadian musician Leslie Feist introduced in early September that she was leaving Arcade Fire’s tour after sexual misconduct allegations have been made towards lead singer Win Butler.
Feist had been booked as opening act for the European leg of the Montreal band’s newest tour, which kicked off in Dublin on the finish of August.
The live shows went forward simply days after U.S. music publication Pitchfork ran an article in late August containing allegations Butler had inappropriate sexual interactions with 4 folks.

In an announcement, Butler has denied the allegations, and stated all encounters passed off between consenting adults and he by no means touched a lady towards her will or demanded sexual favours.
