In a viewer video despatched to CTV News, RCMP officers in Taber, Alta., are seen driving in marked cruisers attempting to go off one of many birds that was operating down a road.

The Taber Police Service mentioned the incident happened on Thursday morning.


“Members of the Taber Police Service and the TPS Regional Community Standards Unit handled numerous ostrich inside Town of Taber limits,” the company wrote on Facebook.


“The group made their approach out of city the place they created site visitors hazards. Taber Police Service members assisted the RCMP in confining the birds so the house owners might safely seize them.”


RCMP haven’t launched any details about the incident.


Taber is positioned roughly 260 kilometres southeast of Calgary.
