David DePape — the person accused of attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, one week in the past — on Friday waived his appearance in a San Francisco Superior Court.
A standing listening to was set for Nov. 28 and a preliminary listening to was set for Dec. 14.
DePape is charged with six counts referring to the attack together with tried assassination, robbery, assault, false imprisonment and threatening the member of the family of a public official. He has pleaded not responsible to all state fees.
Bail was not addressed throughout Friday’s listening to. DePape is at present being held with out bail.
During the listening to it was disclosed that Judge Loretta M. Giorgi beforehand labored with Pelosi’s daughter, Christine, on the San Francisco City Attorney’s workplace within the Nineties. Giorgi mentioned she has “not seen or heard or talked to Ms. Pelosi” since then.
