TOKYO –
Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly on Tuesday known as Russia’s newest attacks on Ukraine “abhorrent” and stated she condemned them “within the strongest doable phrases.”
Joly made the remark at a joint information convention in Tokyo following a gathering along with her Japanese counterpart Yoshimasa Hayashi.
Russia rained cruise missiles on busy Ukrainian cities on Monday in what the United States known as “horrific strikes,” killing civilians and knocking out energy and warmth with its most widespread air attacks for the reason that begin of the battle.
